Policy Acknowledgements
- I am over 18 years old and under the required weight limit of my desired package.
- I understand this is a private experience with no extra guests allowed.
- I agree that photos/videos may be taken and used for marketing purposes.
- I understand that all payments, including deposits, are non-refundable under the stated policies.
- I confirm that I am the authorized cardholder and approve this transaction.
- I understand there will not be flowers or any other add-ons unless I book them in advance.
- I understand that no refunds are provided once booked. I understand late arrival may result in shortened session or cancellation.
- I am in good physical condition and able to safely enter/exit a kayak.
- I am not pregnant. I have NO injuries or medical conditions. *
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service without refund.
- I understand that a staff member may deny participation without refund, if safety concerns arise, including weight limits or physical ability.
- I have reviewed the "How to prepare" and "Terms/Policy" page of Clear Kayak Atlanta website.
- I understand weather rescheduling policy.
Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement
By booking and participating in this Clear Kayak Atlanta experience, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that this activity involves water, physical movement, and the use of a kayak, which may present risks including but not limited to slipping, falling, injury, or property damage. I voluntarily choose to participate in this experience and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.
I confirm that I am physically able to participate and do not have any medical conditions that would make this activity unsafe, including but not limited to pregnancy, heart conditions, back injuries, or other serious health concerns. I understand that participation is not recommended for individuals with such conditions.
I agree to follow all instructions provided by Clear Kayak Atlanta staff for safety and operation. Failure to follow instructions may result in cancellation of the session without refund. I understand that Clear Kayak Atlanta is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage to personal property, or accidents that may occur during or as a result of this experience. I acknowledge that I am participating at my own risk and release, waive, and hold harmless Clear Kayak Atlanta, its owners, and operators from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation. I understand and agree to all policies, including no refunds, private experience guidelines, and weather-related rescheduling terms.
